Fully Licensed, Bonded & Insured

Poshmaid is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured cleaning company serving Citrus and Marion County, with General Liability coverage, Workers' Compensation coverage, and full bonding on every job. Our commercial team is also OSHA-certified. That means when you hire Poshmaid, the protection isn't just on paper — it's coverage that protects you.

General Liability Insurance

Accidents happen — a knocked-over lamp, a scuffed wall, a slip on a wet floor. Our General Liability insurance covers property damage and accidents that occur while we're working in your home or business, so you're not left covering the cost of something that wasn't your fault.

Workers' Compensation Coverage

This is the one people often forget to ask about — and it matters most for commercial and property-management clients. If a cleaning company doesn't carry Workers' Compensation and one of their employees is injured on your property, your own insurance can get pulled into the claim. Poshmaid carries full Workers' Comp coverage on our entire team, so an on-site injury is our liability, not yours.

Bonded

Being bonded is different from being insured — bonding protects you against theft or dishonesty by an employee. Every Poshmaid team member is covered under our bonding policy, which matters most in the moments that matter most: when you're handing over keys, alarm codes, or after-hours access to your home or business.

OSHA-Certified

Our commercial cleaning team is trained to OSHA-compliant safety and sanitation standards, covering everything from chemical handling to proper protocol in medical and industrial facilities. Every team member also completes our in-house VIP Cleaning Training program before working independently, so OSHA compliance isn't a one-time certificate — it's how we operate on every job.

Locally Licensed

Poshmaid operates under a valid Citrus County Business License, so you're working with a properly registered, accountable local business — not an unlicensed operator working off the books.

Request a Certificate of Insurance

Need proof of coverage for your vendor file, HOA, or property management records? We're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request — just reach out and we'll get it to you.
